Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (General Tool/Rental) to develop new business, maintain robust customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions in general tool and construction equipment.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new customers in your territory
Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service
Coordinate with operations on equipment availability and rental programs
Deliver presentations and business reviews to management
Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
2+ years in direct sales or project management within the equipment industry
Rental industry experience is an asset
Skills:
Robust business development and customer retention abilities
Technical aptitude and ability to learn engineering concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25+ lbs, work indoors/outdoors, and occasionally travel for customer visits. Safety is at the core of everything we do.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $40,000 – $50,000. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Expected earning potential: $90,000 – $150,000 in the first year.
