Benjamin Moore- Tripps Paint & Decorating is looking for an experienced, qualified, hardworking, and friendly sales associate to join our busy store in Midland. We are an established Benjamin Moore retailer, specializing in paints, stains and and home renovation tools, products, and services.

As part of our team, your experience, skills, and responsibilities will include:

- Experience in selling and mixing paint.
- Must have experience in a fast-paced work setting.
- Knowledge of interior design & wallpaper is an asset but not required.
- Must be comfortable with lifting paint cans/boxes and standing for extended periods of time.
- Organized, timely, and available to work evenings and weekends.




- Be comfortable assessing customer needs and advising the correct procedures and products for any given job with certainty and authority (training will be given).
- Be able to build friendly, lasing, trusting relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude toward sales growth
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools is beneficial
