Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and security.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor store budget adherence, analyze sales data, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.




- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Maintain organizational efficiency through time management, administrative tasks, and record keeping such as payroll and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, store policies, and legal regulations at all times.

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience within a retail setting is essential.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Skilled in recruiting, training & development of staff, as well as conducting interviews for new hires.
- Capable of managing budgets effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities such as motivation and team building.
- Familiarity with marketing initiatives and promotional planning to boost store visibility.
