Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods while maintaining professionalism

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Friendly phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication channels
