Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position involves engaging with customers, assisting with sales, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Engage in retail sales activities to promote products and increase store revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and manage basic math calculations for sales processing
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment




- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold safety and quality standards

Pay: $27.60-$30.14 per hour
