We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail associates. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high levels of performance.
- Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate cashiering practices.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Recruit and onboard current team members in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in budgeting efforts to meet financial goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.




- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.

Experience

- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices is preferred but not required.
