The Lifestyle Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy growth and revenue through the promotion and sale of the community's retirement living and lifestyle offerings. This role develops and maintains relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The Lifestyle Sales Director serves as a brand ambassador for the residence, promoting the perks, services, programs, and lifestyle opportunities available to seniors and their families. The position plays a key leadership role in achieving occupancy targets and supporting a vibrant resident community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Occupancy Management

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through move-in.
- Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and families.
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Develop personalized sales strategies to convert prospects into residents.
- Prepare and present residency agreements and related documentation.

Relationship Development
- Build strong relationships with seniors, families, healthcare professionals, social workers, discharge planners, and referral partners.
- Represent the residence at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain referral networks to support occupancy growth.
- Foster positive relationships that enhance the community's reputation.

Marketing & Community Outreach
- Collaborate with corporate and local teams to implement marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate open houses, educational seminars, and community events.
- Promote the residence through digital, print,



and community channels.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.

Customer Experience
- Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure a seamless transition from initial inquiry to move-in.
- Address concerns and questions in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Support resident onboarding and orientation activities as needed.

Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasting reports.
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, lead sources, and occupancy trends.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding performance and opportunities.
- Develop action plans to address occupancy challenges.

Qualifications

Education

- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Administration, Gerontology, or a related field preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably within seniors housing, retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Experience working with older adults and their families is considered a strong asset.

Knowledge & Skills
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Understanding of seniors living, retirement residence operations, and aging-related services.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
