The Township of North Huron Recreation Department is seeking one (1) casual Rink Attendant to support public skating programs throughout October to April at the Blyth Arena.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide supervision to patrons utilizing the arena for public skating
- To sell admissions to the public during public skating times
- To follow safe cash handling procedures
- To maintain a professional attitude when dealing with other staff members and the public
- To make sure safety procedures are followed at all times
- To inform the supervisor of any problems that may arise
- To attend meetings held by the supervisor, as needed
- To inform the supervisor of supplies that are needed
- To submit pay sheets bi-weekly

Minimum Requirements:

- Secondary school education (completed or in progress)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Experience with working with the public (i.e. volunteer, part-time job etc.)
- Experience in recreation considered an asset

Rate of Pay: Band 2 ($18.28 - $23.22 per hour) Hours of Work: Casual, shifts will be up to 4 hours in length
