Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

- Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop customized treatment plans to achieve optimal results
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
- Ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatments, instructions, and health advice clearly
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards
