Duties

- Assist with the installation and repair of various roofing systems using hand tools and construction equipment
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, metal sheets, and other roofing components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Use hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, and caulking guns to secure roofing materials effectively
- Support carpentry tasks related to roof framing and structural adjustments




- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight integrity of roofing installations
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment by following safety protocols and properly storing tools and materials

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing and construction tasks
- Previous construction or handyman experience is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading for accurate project alignment
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques relevant to roofing projects
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing methods
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$39.92 per week
