We're looking for a confident and driven Dental Administrator to join our growing practices. This role plays a key part in strengthening patient relationships, maintaining a full and productive schedule, and supporting a high-performing clinical team.
Location: Southland Dental Choice
Full-time Hours
Tuesday - 10am to 4pm
Wednesday - 11am to 7pm
Thursday - 10am to 4pm
Friday - 8am to 3pm
What You'll Do
Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, engaging, and upbeat approach
Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with robust attention to detail
Work alongside a team at provides General Dentistry services as well as Implants, Invisalign, Vivos
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
Help strengthen patient retention and reactivation

Experience working on a front desk in a busy office environment
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications
Dental administration experience
Experience in a fast-paced dental office environment
Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
Dental Administrator Certificate
