We pride ourselves in upholding the principles of the IB Programmes. and utilizes effective assessment practicesEmbeds technology into instruction in meaningful and innovative waysAdeptly uses the IB planning framework to ensure incorporation of the Essential ElementsIs committed to professional collaboration meeting regularly with the IB Programme Coordinator and colleagues to:Ensure adherence to the IB Programme Standards and PracticePlan and reflect on units of inquiryConduct whole‑staff reflections on development of the Programme of InquiryAgree to attend IB‑sanctioned professional developmentEnsure all expectations set by the IBO concerning programmes and procedures are carried out accordingly and in a timely mannerSupport students’ engagement in action/service (Creativity, Action and Service, the Personal Project or Exhibition)SALARY AND BENEFITSThe starting annual salary for a full‑time Teaching position ranges from $58,000 to $107,000, with placement on the range based on aggregate teaching experience and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
