We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our Company’s Safety and Compliance department to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance.

Duties:

Compliance Monitoring

ELD and Log Books Audit

Driver Qualification Files

Drug and Alcohol Program

Equipment files

Data entry for Fleet maintenance records

Driver Orientation

Report and schedule follow-up with drivers on any violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims and other incidents as they occur

Work with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints

Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Knowledge of Hours or Service and CVSA and DOT/FMCSA regulations

Keen attention to detail, positive time management and organizational skills

Computer proficiency - Excellent computer knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF Email Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to organize work to meet deadlines

Data base management skills a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
