Also you will be able to use production and hand tools to cut, laminate and test samples you prepare using environmental equipment as per customers'requirements

Duties

- Actively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and promote our products or services
- Handle inbound and outbound call campaigns to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and expand our client base
- issues promptly, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions , Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving & making samples using production equipment and hand tools to give customers for trials.




- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
- Present daily reports of your daily activity , in writting to management

Requirements

- Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual skills are highly valued
- Previous experience in sales,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to fabricate and prepare samples to ship to customers

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
