We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in jewellery retail to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable about jewellery products, and comfortable handling basic computer and administrative tasks.
Duties
- Assist customers with jewellery purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other jewellery products
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Assist with inventory management and product displays
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Use computer systems for billing, record-keeping, and basic reporting
Skills
- Previous experience working in a jewellery store as a Sales Associate (required)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using computers for billing and inventory systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and friendly attitude
