Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We carry an industry-leading lineup including Can-Am Off-Road (ATVs & Side-by-Sides), Sea-Doo Personal Watercraft, Ski-Doo Snowmobiles, and Toro Lawn and Garden Equipment.

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.

The Role: As a Powersports Sales Associate, you will be the face of Boreal Motorsports, helping our customers find the perfect equipment for their work and play. You don’t just sell machines; you sell the lifestyle. Whether it's a farmer looking for a reliable Can-Am Defender, a family buying their first Sea-Doo, or a landscaper upgrading to a new Toro zero-turn, you will guide them through the entire sales process from the initial greeting to the final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers enthusiastically and understand their specific needs and riding style.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our core brands (Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Toro) and stay updated on the latest features and accessories.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including product walkarounds, test drives (where applicable), quoting,



and turning over to the finance department.
- Follow up with leads (phone, email, web inquiries) promptly and professionally.
- Represent the dealership at local trade shows, community events, and seasonal promotional days.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and lot display.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Attend manufacturer training and complete required certification modules.

Qualifications:

- Required: General knowledge of and passion for the powersports industry.
- Asset: Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, or RV) is an asset. We are highly willing to train the right individual who brings strong industry knowledge and a great attitude.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with dealership management software, such as Lightspeed DMS, is a robust asset).
- Valid driver’s license.

- $60,000 target earnings for entry-level sales, with uncapped commission potential allowing top performers to reach $100,000+.
