Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean and organized environment while supporting the culinary team in food preparation and service. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Support the culinary team during product demos and special events by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies efficiently.
- Uphold health and safety standards in all kitchen activities.

Experience

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an effective workspace.




- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers, enhancing overall service quality.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, especially for those involved in product demos.
