Sales & Business Marketing Intern (Commission-Based)

Kandor Leadership Training Inc. helps individuals and organizations unlock their potential through Public Speaking and leadership development programs, coaching, and workshops. We're growing and looking for a driven Sales & Business Marketing Intern to help us get there.

What you'll do:

✅ Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses, HR teams, associations)

✅ Pitch Kandor's leadership training programs and workshops

✅ Support lead generation through social media, email outreach, and networking

✅ Build client relationships and track your sales pipeline

✅ Collaborate on marketing messaging and campaigns

What we're looking for:

✔️ Studying or graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

✔️ Strong communicator, comfortable with cold outreach





✔️ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

✔️ Bonus: interest in leadership/coaching, basic digital marketing skills

Compensation:

Stipend + Commission-based (earn a percentage on deals you help close). Robust earning potential + mentorship + real sales/marketing experience.

Duration of the Internship: From September 21, 2026 to December 21, 2026
