Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing
- Conduct recruiting efforts to attract top talent and oversee onboarding and training processes
- Oversee payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping activities ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for transactions and data analysis
- Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize revenue
- Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining organized displays and ensuring product availability
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that boost store traffic and sales
