RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead its analytics and AI strategy, essential in promoting data-driven decision-making within Personal Banking. You will harness your analytical skills and industry knowledge to devise solutions that meet business needs while ensuring technical feasibility and innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to successfully managing PBI's AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:



- Champion design and delivery of performance management metrics - Conduct end-to-end analytics and data storytelling for leadership - Work with stakeholders to derive insights and strategies - Own and improve performance measurement processes for PBI - Define a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business priorities
Requirements: - 5+ years in analytics within financial services - Expertise in SQL and/or Python for analytics - Ability to present complex data clearly to executives - Strategic mindset for addressing ambiguous business challenges - Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline required
