POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the regional management and working closely with the on-site team, the general manager's responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the facility while ensuring a work setting that fosters employee growth and engagement.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks.
Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency
Evaluate the executives under his responsibility and lead the annual evaluation processes
Leader of internal management committees and attending various meetings of the organization
Manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the property
Mobilize teams and maintain employee engagement
Receive feedback from residents and treat them as opportunities for improvement
Set and ensure quality standards for each service
Work with heart and provide high-level customer service
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant experience in the field of RPA and/or operations management
Valuable knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
