This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning tasks to get units ready for new tenants.Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results.Conduct deep cleaning procedures periodically as scheduled or needed.Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repair needs.Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.RequirementsProven experience in general cleaning, commercial cleaning,



or facilities maintenance preferred.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are needed.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities.This role is vital in supporting the overall cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
