Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC machining processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.This position combines hands‑on CNC programming and setup responsibilities with process improvement initiatives, fixture design, technical troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration. The successful candidate will support production, engineering, and quality objectives while contributing to operational excellence, efficiency improvements, and cost control initiatives across the manufacturing environment.Core ResponsibilitiesCNC Programming & Machining SupportDevelop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs to support efficient and accurate machining operationsSupport CNC setup activities and validate machining programs when requiredTroubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flowEnsure machining processes meet quality, safety, and production standardsTooling, Fixture & Process DesignSupport tooling selection, fixture design, and process optimization initiativesRecommend improvements to machining methods, tooling utilization, and setup efficienciesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and workflow efficiencyContinuous Improvement & Technical SupportParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality,
