Project Managers manage and oversee all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster of any sort. They will work at various job sites while maintaining a stable local branch office.CompensationSalary Range: $50,000-$70,000 /yearCommissions payments subject to personal performanceAnnual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performanceThe base salary is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Training on Xactimate and introduction to vendor partners and internal experts will be provided.Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families, ensuring they understand the process and progress.Manage and direct restoration staff during disaster remediation efforts (e.G., water damage, fire & smoke damage, weather damage), cleaning & packing, rebuilding, and project completion.Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured when a claim is filed.Perform quality control of all aspects of the job.Own the job and represent the company’s standards at the end of the day.What You Bring3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or renovationsPrevious water technician experienceWillingness to learn and be teachableA passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills in French/EnglishHighly motivated, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented; ready for opportunitiesOpen to working after hours and on weekends (disasters don’t happen on a schedule)Problem‑solving and priority management skillsComputer skills; proficiency in anMS Office environmentClean criminal recordOf NoteDisasters can and will strike at any time; a rotating after‑hours on‑call work schedule is a requirement.Your application is always reviewed by real people.
