Your responsibilities include ensuring product quality, monitoring machinery performance, and training recent staff. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and calibrate machining equipment
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Maintain production accuracy and efficiency
Record time and maintain logs via ERP system
Identify non-conformances and rectify issues promptly
Requirements:
Certification as an Alberta journeyman machinist
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Competence with offset boring and large part turning
High attention to detail with minimal supervision
Previous crane and forklift operation experience preferred
