Omnia Coffee Roasters, a leading Canadian roaster and wholesaler dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, contributing to our commitment to quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders accurately using our order management system.- Pick, pack, and prepare coffee and related products for shipping.- Perform inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock levels.- Ensure that all orders meet our quality standards before shipment.- Collaborate with team members to streamline the fulfillment process.- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is an asset.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
