We are seeking to hire an individual who has excellent customer service, supervisory and accounting skills for a position in a busy Box Office. Schedule includes evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities:- Staffing, training and scheduling for a small box office- Ensuring the box office and it's staff are held to a high level of professionalism and customer service in a timely manner- Interacting with patrons over the phone and in person. Interactions include taking reservations and ensuring guest satisfaction- Reviewing and creating cash outs and deposits for both the box office and theatre accurately and efficiently.- To become proficient in all the dinner theatre policies and procedures as they relate to the Box Office- Following all procedures as they relate to the sale of tickets and a variety of passes including those sold to Costco Stores- In conjunction with the GM, assisting with the creation of promotional materials and ensuring patrons receive accurate show information- In conjunction with the GM,
review accounts receivables; this would include but not be limited to ensuring that all intercompany and hotel packages have been invoiced- Maintaining equipment in the office and ordering supplies- Other tasks as requested by the general manager
Qualifications:- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office- Accounting experience- Box office experience is considered an asset- Experience with Theatre Manager is an asset- Ability to focus on tasks in a busy quick paced workplace- Successful candidates must have attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure.
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Perk package.
