We are looking for an Intern, Legal & Compliance to join our fast-paced Legal and Compliance Department for an 8-month term (September 2026- April 2027). You will report to the firm’s Compliance Manager and be a part of our very busy in-house Legal & Compliance team that delivers all things legal and compliance to Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group and its affiliated companies.What You Will DoCoordinate the completion of annual corporate filings, working directly with Senior ExecutivesSave and file corporate documents ensuring accurate tagging and naming conventions are usedUpdate corporate reference documents and ensure they are current and accurateOpen and sort mail related to personal tradingProvide a broad range of support in the areas of regulatory compliance, corporate law and general legal administrationDigitization of legal documents currently in paper formatWhat You Will BringThe position is geared toward students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting,



and/or Commerce or students working towards a legal education. We are seeking ambitious students with a strong academic track record, who are interested in making an impact in process efficiencies at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. The successful candidate will have:At least one previous internship or qualified experience, ideally in legal, compliance, finance, or operations from a financial and/or investment firmSound judgment, detail-oriented, and experience working on multiple initiatives/projects concurrentlyStrong written and verbal communication ability with excellent interpersonal skills and judgementStrong proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard informationThe salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually.
