This is a revenue-focused business development position responsible for securing funded workforce-development contracts and institutional partnerships. Your mandate is to open and close opportunities with government bodies, employment agencies, and training platforms that translate directly into revenue, delivery, and student outcomes.This is not a purely relationship-management role.Success is defined by funding won, contracts executed, and current partnerships activated.Core ResponsibilitiesPrimary: Revenue AcquisitionSecure funded training contracts and revenue-generating workforce partnerships.Build and own a strong pipeline of RFPs, tenders, grants, and skills-training initiatives.Deliver consistent monthly wins against revenue targets.Business Development & GrowthIdentify, pitch, and convert opportunities with ministries, colleges, employment networks, and non-profit workforce organizations.Lead bid preparation, grant submissions, commercial proposals,
and pricing structures.Work with academic and delivery teams to activate programs at scale.National ScalingExpand funded programs into multiple provinces.Analyse labour‑market needs and align offerings with provincial funding mechanisms.Deepen company’s footprint in digital and workforce skilling categories.Commercial LeadershipOwn monthly revenue and acquisition targets.Negotiate contract terms, margins, renewals, and regional deployment.Work with finance on bid modelling and commercial structures.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience closing government‑funded training or workforce‑development projects.Experience with provincial/federal grant models, labour‑market programs, or subsidized skilling contracts.Demonstrated track record in achieving revenue targets, not just stakeholder engagement.Network across colleges, workforce boards, Indigenous bodies, settlement agencies, or non‑profits is an advantage.Builder mindset — thrives in environments where growth must be created, not inherited.This role suits someone who operates like a hunter, executes fast, and builds revenue from new relationships.Salary:CAD 90,000 to CAD 110,000 per annum#J-18808-Ljbffr
