Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hospitality-style dining using the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Support Chef in food prep and presentation tasks
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in service areas
• Track and promote wine service and a la carte offerings
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills regularly
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification mandatory
• Minimum one year experience in dining services
• Knowledge of Safe Food Handling preferred
• Experience with seniors is an asset
• Strong verbal and written English skills essential
