Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a reliable source for trash collection
Dust surfaces and mop floors systematically
Arrange furniture for thorough cleaning and restore to original placement
Sanitize items and surfaces diligently
Conduct power washing and patio cleaning as needed

Requirements:
Previous custodial experience is an advantage
WHMIS and BSW Certifications a plus
Robust command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Physical capability to perform job duties
