In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between our factory and major OEM clients. This position requires at least five years in project management within automotive parts manufacturing and deep understanding of performance metrics.
You will also be responsible for overseeing customer requirements and effectively managing production-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of customer relationship management
Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead internal teams to resolve performance gaps
Oversee engineering change notifications (ECNs)
Collaborate on cost and budget management initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
Minimum five years in project management roles
Direct experience with North American OEM customers
Knowledge of quality planning and CAD interpretation
Preferred experience in aluminum alloy extrusion or die-casting
