Capo & The Spritz is Yaletown's sun-soaked contemporary trattoria — a communal, spritz-forward Italian dining room that's loud, lively, and built to last. We cook generous, shareable Italian food that guests crave and come back for. We're looking for a Pasta Cook who takes the pasta program seriously — fresh, made in-house, and executed with precision, ticket after ticket.

What You'll Do
Execute all pasta dishes to spec — from dough to plate, every ticket, every service
Own the pasta station: production, prep, mise en place, and consistency day to day
Make and maintain fresh pasta — rolling, cutting, shaping, and sauce integration
Work in sync with the BOH team to keep the line running smooth under pressure
Maintain quality and portion control without needing to be reminded
Jump in where needed — this is a team kitchen, not a solo act
Contribute to a culture of craft, speed, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For
1–2+ years of line experience in a rapid-paced, quality-driven kitchen; fresh pasta experience preferred
Solid knife skills, clean habits,



and a sharp sense of urgency
An eye for texture and timing — you know what properly cooked pasta looks and feels like
Someone who takes direction well and gives feedback the same way
Genuine passion for Italian cuisine and fresh pasta craft — this is non-negotiable
Reliable, on time, and ready to work — every shift
