Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key perks to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Conduct basic inventory checks and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or consumer electronics sales
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience conducting product demos or technical sales enhances your ability to educate customers about complex products
- Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
- Familiarity with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques will set you apart in this role
