Duties

- To support the sale of aircraft parts and inventory management in an international customer environment
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation promptly and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear information and solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities

- Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary documentation and guidance




- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience

Skills

- Good understanding of Logistics and the Sales Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Aircraft Parts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
- Nice-to-have: experience in sales support or administrative roles; familiarity with data entry and reporting tools
