Key Skills & Responsibilities Strong experience in Salesforce. Knowledge of nCino
Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
Support UAT, testing, and production validation
Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Positive understanding of integrations
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Good to Have Salesforce certifications
Banking / Financial Services domain experience
