Are you passionate about beauty, organization, and creating a welcoming environment? Our busy, vibrant salon is looking for a Receptionist/Assistant/Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our team — someone who keeps things running smoothly while keeping clients happy and stylists supported.

About the Role:

This is more than just a front desk job. You'll act as a liaison between clients and stylists, ensuring a seamless, elevated salon experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phones with professionalism and warmth
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Greeting clients, assisting with intake, and prepping them for stylists
- Creating and posting engaging social media content
- Light cleaning and salon organization to keep our space fresh and welcoming
- Supporting stylists by shampooing clients and assisting with root colour applications (training provided)

You Are:

- Friendly, polished, and people-oriented




- Organized, reliable, and detail-driven
- Social media savvy
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new skills and being hands-on in all aspects of the salon
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)

Bonus if you have:

- Salon or reception experience (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- A love of beauty, fashion, and customer service
