Dynamic Disposal is looking for an experienced sandblaster/painter in its Gull Lake division. This individual will be working on in house equipment. We are looking for a versatile individual who is able to work with little to no supervision. Pay is $40.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth or reshape surfaces

· Load appropriate abrasive materials

· Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure they meet quality standards

· Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Paint equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods,



and working in various weather conditions

· Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate surface conditions accurately

· Knowledge of sandblasting techniques, abrasive materials, and equipment operation

· Valuable communication skills and teamwork capacity
