- Lead SAP Data Services (BODS) architecture, development, and solution design
- Manage end to end ETL delivery including requirement gathering and design
- Optimize complex data jobs for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with functional, basis, and business teams for seamless integrations
- Guide and mentor developers; enforce best practices and coding standards
