The CitcoOne Product Team is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of the portal. We are seeking an energetic, motivated and hands‑on Product Owner to join CitcoOne. The role involves collaborating with the development team to translate product vision into user stories, working with design to create engaging experiences, and providing on‑the‑ground support for users.

Serve as the product expert and voice for all CitcoOne users. Break down the vision set by the Senior Product Manager, define scope of new features, and manage ongoing enhancements. Collaborate with design to create innovative user experiences.

Follow all governance processes and uphold high standards of quality. Build credibility with stakeholders, including senior leadership. Provide level‑3 local/global support for CitcoOne users.



2–3 years of in‑house application development and Agile/Scrum experience, preferably within a financial institution. ~3–5 years of experience managing complex projects. ~ Scrum Master certification (CSM) is desirable. ~ Experience with SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile. ~ Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira. ~ Strong competencies in project management, business analysis, data analytics, change/release management, and service management. ~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field. ~ Effective planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a quick‑paced environment. ~ Willingness to travel occasionally to Citco locations. ~ Key competencies: business, technical & commercial awareness; quality and risk control; CAD $77,000 - $93,000 We provide a range of benefits, training and education support, and flexible working arrangements.
