**Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only)** The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business and Human Capital Management (HCM) requirements. The role involves working closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators to gather requirements, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, configure solutions, and support successful project delivery.

The consultant will provide functional expertise across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise across core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning Management, and Workforce Analytics. The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support, as well as integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party HR/payroll applications.





The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will support solution design, system configuration, requirements analysis, testing activities, deployment, user training, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), and HR transformation programs is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives and integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and third-party HR/payroll systems is required. Utilities industry experience is preferred, with a understanding of utility workforce management, organizational management, talent management, learning and development, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and HR processes supporting utility operations. The individual must demonstrate solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
