Club Operational Hours: Regular season: Wednesday–Sunday; working throughout the December holiday break (closed Christmas Day and New Years Day), Family Day and throughout March Break.
Compensation: The payrate is $17.60 per hour

This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for both or members and their guests this winter.
LINE COOKS
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
PREP CHEFS
- Prepare ingredients for daily service
- Assist with sauces, soups, vegetables, proteins, and other kitchen prep
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service
