McLean, Lizotte, Wheadon and Company, Chartered Professional Accounts - Victoria, BC MLW CPAs is a busy mid-sized firm with 4 partners and two offices located in Victoria and on Salt Spring Island.

We offer our clients a full range of accounting and tax services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in public practice. This position is located in Victoria, standard hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with overtime expected in March and April. Based on individual circumstances, hours can be negotiated. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following duties :

- Preparation of corporate, personal, estate & trust tax returns - Financial statement preparation - Partnerships & proprietorships - Other general accounting related tasks Skills and experience required:




- Public Practice experience required - CPA or CPA student - Experience with Caseware, Profile, Sage, QuickBooks - Adherence to high standards of professional and ethical conduct - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Well organized with exceptional attention to detail - Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet regular deadlines Competitive compensation offered, to be determined and mutually agreed based on qualifications and experience.
