This role owns the full accounting engine, month‑end close, multi‑entity consolidation, cross‑border compliance, and process‑building, with a clear path upward as the team expands.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Finance and leadership team. No layers, no red tape, just real impact on a company that’s moving fast and building right. Lead the full monthly close cycle, GL, accruals, journal entries, reconciliations,



within strict timelines Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations across Canadian and U.Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and forecasting support Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, collections, and banking activities Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records in QuickBooks Online Manage U.S. multi‑state sales tax compliance and filings Identify automation opportunities and build scalable financial controlsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial analysis 4–6+ years of progressive, full‑cycle accounting experience ~ QuickBooks Online or similar ERP/accounting system proficiency ~ Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) ~ Strong assets ~ Multi‑entity, cross‑border, or multi‑currency accounting experience The path forward is real, we’re building the finance team now and this hire is central to that plan. you’ll help design one.
