We are a collaborative, creative, and detail-driven team looking for a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join us and help bring our projects to life.

Position Overview The Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist will play a key role in leading the production and coordination of architectural drawings and technical documentation. This individual will work closely with principal designer, consultants and municipalities to deliver projects that meet both creative vision and technical precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple projects at various stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning by-laws and our internal quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with principal designer to translate design concepts into precise technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Apply for building permits with multiple municipalities.
- Manage deadlines and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Architectural Technology or degree required.




- Minimum 7+ years of experience in an architectural technician role for residential projects in Canada.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Outlook and Microsoft products.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for client and consultant coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Must pass our internal interview process which involves a working session.
