What You’ll Do

As a Senior Recruiter and Client Manager for Data Centres at West End, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities. This is not just a job - it’s a chance to grow your career, work alongside a passionate team, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales/Client Management: This is a true sales role, a key responsibility is prospecting and onboarding new clients leading to the expansion of West End’s current portfolio.
- Recruiting: Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing healthcare qualified candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market insights, and innovative recruiting strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our supportive team, contributing to a culture of teamwork,



transparency, and excellence.
- Experience of Interest: This is truly for a generalist role, but areas of interest are within our core sectors: Data Centre Recruiting, Technology Recruiting, AI/Robotics Recruiting, and/or Engineer Recruiting.
- Working knowledge and experience in agency sales and recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 7+ years in recruiting or staffing with agency experience and with a proven track record of success in onboarding new clients, placing candidates and building client relationships.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people and businesses thrive.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with recruiting tools, ATS systems (We use Tracker), AI resources and social media platforms for sourcing talent.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently while thriving in a team environment.
