The RoleThe Crypto team helps shape some of Wealthsimple's highest-priority product and business decisions, from onboarding and trading to engagement, retention, and new product development. As part of the broader Data Science & Engineering (DSE) organization, we partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to use experimentation, analytics, and strong product thinking to build crypto products that are accessible, intuitive, and trustworthy for millions of clients.We're looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to help shape the future of Wealthsimple's crypto experience through strong product thinking, analytical rigor, and close cross-functional partnership. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and influence product and business decisions.This role exists to help the team better understand customer behaviour, measure impact, and focus on the problems that matter most. You won't just support decisions, you'll help shape them by proactively surfacing insights, identifying opportunities, and helping bring clarity to complex product questions. This is not a data/ML engineering role.
