Working together with our service partners, using a multi‑systems perspective, AYSP provides services that are evidence‑based and evidence‑informed.Clinical Program SupervisorJob Type: PermanentFull‑time (one vacancy)Location: Hybrid - Head Office in Peel RegionHours of Work: 35 hours a week (days & evenings)ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and administrative supervision for a team(s) of registered CounsellorsAssist with program planning and development and community capacity buildingProvide leadership and work collaboratively with community partners and children, youth and familiesFacilitate individual and peer supervision meetings, as per the program model(s)Establish and maintain professional alliances with community agenciesAssist in the recruitment of prospective staff and provide orientation and training to program staffMonitor program targets to ensure maximum utilization of the program(s) and complete program statistics and annual program reviews, identifying service provision issues, trends, outcomes, statistical analysis and overall evaluation of the effectiveness of the servicesSupport the 24‑hour Supervisor on‑call system, on a rotational basisQualifications and ExperienceA Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalentMinimum of 5 years within the mental health sector,
