This department offers a unique opportunity to leverage both technical and business skills.About the jobSupport the planning and execution of global academic and technology conference activities.Conduct pre‑conference research and preparation using AI tools and online resources.Coordinate communication among internal teams, external vendors, and conference organizers.Maintain conference calendars, milestone trackers, and related documentation.Support post‑conference reporting, material organization, and administrative follow‑up.Provide on‑site support during conferences and events as needed.Total target annual compensation(based on 2,080 hours per year)
