TheConstruction Leadwill support a transformative transit infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.Your roleLead and coordinate construction activities for mechanical, electrical, communications, and vertical transportation systems, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and contract requirements.Plan, organize, and oversee MEC construction work including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (including TSSA), and oversee quality, safety, and environmental performance.Provide leadership and direction to the construction and commissioning teams, fostering collaboration, resolving issues, and ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders.Coordinate system interfaces across disciplines (civil, architectural, and others), including review of design deliverables, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical queries.Manage construction progress, risks, and contract administration activities (including change management and subcontractor performance), implementing mitigation or recovery plans as needed.Lead commissioning, integration, and project closeout activities, including development of procedures, system testing, LEED/sustainability tracking, and turnover documentation.About YouDegree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management,
